The inquiry form

When you send a rental inquiry, the form collects what you type: your name, email, phone number (optional), your group, the type of event, venue, preferred dates, expected audience and your message.

It's sent by email to the auditorium manager so he can reply to you. The website doesn't keep a copy in a database, and we don't sell or share it. Treat it like any email to the district: it may be kept with district records and handled under the district's policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

The planning checklist on the Renting page remembers your checkmarks in your own browser (local storage). That stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, pages requested and browser type) to run the site and keep it secure.

Other sites

Links to maps, hotels and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
